Acceptance of Refund Policy

• For any request or general query, please give us a maximum of 48 hours to get back to you.
• By ordering our products, you agree that you have properly read this policy and fully accept the terms & conditions in this refund policy.
• It is highly recommended to know the functionality and features of our product before placing an order to avoid the circumstances of refunds.

Exceptions

In rare cases, we ACCEPT refund requests for the following reasons ONLY:

• Users are entitled to receive a full refund within 24 HOURS of the first payment.
• Errors occur due to our system bug.

Note: The first payment means initial payment with an identified account. It doesn't include renewal, plan upgrade, or repurchase. We do not guarantee refunds for lack of usage or dissatisfaction.

3. Subscription Terms

Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period without notice until you cancel. You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every period until you cancel.

Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your subscription any time via Dashboard → Billing → "Cancel Subscription" or by contacting customer support, before your renewal to avoid billing of the next period's fee to your chosen payment method. Your cancellation will be effective as of the last day of the period for which you paid a fee. You may continue to use the subscription until your cancellation is effective and no refund will be issued.

4. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on our Website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Prohibited Activities

• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on our Website
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display

You retain ownership of the images and content you create using our AI tools, subject to the following conditions:

• Free tier users may use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Paid subscribers receive a commercial license to use generated content.
• You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and uploads do not infringe on third-party rights.
• Content generated may not be used for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes.

5.1 Prohibited Content Policy

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on our platform. Any attempt to generate, upload, or share such content will result in immediate account termination without refund:

Absolutely Prohibited Content

• NSFW/Adult Content: Sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content of any kind is strictly prohibited.
• Nudity: Images depicting nudity, partial nudity, or suggestive content are not allowed.
• Child Safety: Any content involving minors in inappropriate contexts, or content that could be used to exploit or harm children.
• Violence and Gore: Graphic violence, gore, torture, or content depicting serious physical harm.
• Hate Speech: Content promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

• Deepfakes: Non-consensual intimate imagery or realistic depictions of real persons in compromising situations.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of any remaining credits or subscription time, and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.
